Need to reduce Shared System Memory

1| You're going to need to provide more info. Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS?

2| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?

3| Shared memory will only take place once you've got an onboard GPU that draws more memory from your physical ram. Much like how AMD's APU's are able to increase their video memory by sharing memory from your physical ram. In order for you to change this setting, you'll need to go into your BIOS and decrease this amount.
