when i first go my new computer and installed windows, it froze and shut off, so i had to install windows twice. When windows finally worked, i got a load of bsod's. I thought it had to do with the gpu drivers, so i reinstalled those. It didn't work. so i reinstalled windows completely. It didn't work either. It got better, but i still have a lot of bsod's randomly. And when i get them, my speakers or headphones make a loud buzzing noise. also, sometimes when i start up my pc, it says it cant find windows and when i stress test my cpu with prime 95, three workers quickly stop working becouse of an error and cpu usage is around 50%. also, my pc freezes when i let it sit for a while.
The cpu and gpu are around 12 degrees for the cpu and 33 degrees for the gpu at idle and ~40 degrees for the cpu and 75 degrees for the gpu at load (when i'm gaming).

pls help XD

Install it and then use CPU Status under Status Monitor. It will display a nice graphical screen that could be very useful in determining the source of your issues. We first need to ensure the CPU doesn't throttle at full load.
If you need help, then you should tell us what your build is (all hardware, OS, etc.) Because of the impossible CPU temperature, I presume you have an AMD system, but we need more info. Use the more accurate AMD Overdrive to check the thermal margins (distance to throttling) of your CPU; they should be much higher at idle than at full load.
