Hi,
I'm making this new post because I couldn't find solution to my problem.

First some info about my system:
Windows 7 64-bit,
Intel Core i3 540 1156 LGA,
motherboard: ASUS P7P55LX
Graphic Card: GIGABYTE GeForce GTS450
BIOS up to date v.1202
Current RAM: G Skill Ripjaws F3-10666CL9S-4GBRL 1x4gb

I wanted to have more RAM so I bought Corsair XMS CMX8GX3M1A1600C11 1x8gb. When I put this module to slot, computer starts but when windows tries to start, for split second shows blue screen and all restart.
I have been trying everything: CMOS reset, manual change of voltage and so on. BIOS see 8gb ram but I didn't found solution.
I thought that maybe is problem with compatibility so recently I bought exactly same G Skill RAM module, just 5 years younger. I put it in the same colour slot but after restart freeze on first screen I mean :"ASUS P7..... " and I can restart only. I have been changing slot colours but same result. When I put them one next to other, BIOS see 8gb but same story with windows. CMOS restart - nothing, memOK button or however this call - nothing. I tried just put this new one but again win won't start. By the way I tried another RAM mid time and same result so I assume that RAM module isn't broken. Slots are OK, checked with old RAM module.

Any idea, help please?

Solution
Hi, The manufacturers no longer use low density chips for RAMs and your board does not support high density RAMs.
http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/AS... might help in identifying a supported kit/RAM module.
