Can I Add a Graphics Card to a Lenovo M71E Motherboard (SOLVED)

Solution
One full height PCI Express x16 - Check

Power supply - Euhm.
240W, 70plus, Auto-sensing
280W, 85plus, Auto-sensing
50/60HZ AC Input Frequency

I think thay may mean your PC came with one of these two PSUs. This does limit the graphics card you can put into the system. Although a GTX 750ti is always a safe bet when it comes to that.

I'll also get a new power supply since I will migrate the motherboard to a new case. Thanks for the help.
