I just bought my GTX 750 Ti 2 GB ASUS OC and i put it on my old motherboard Foxconn 2ABF,it managed to start my PC but it got stuck on the HP logo, not logging into Windows.Somehow I managed to fix it,but while gaming, several white squares would appear on the screen and PC got stuck.Maybe a motherboard problem.

So I decided to buy this motherboard : ASUS H61M-K Sockel 1155
Will it accept the GPU mentioned above and my CPU ? (Intel Core i3 2100 3.1 Ghz ?

UPDATE: the motherboard was misstyped.I just updated it,it's above.

Both will work with the motherboard, however white squares does not indicate a motherboard problem. It does indicate a GPU problem. Is the GPU brand new?

Are you using the original HP power supply and if so how many watts is it?

so look this is the story.i had my 300 watt PSU,original from HP,but it didnt have a 6-pin connector for the new GPU,so i bought a new 400 watt EVGA PSU.however, when i connected the GPU,the problem mentioned on the description of the thread above occurred. So i decided to take the PC to a technician.he tried my GPU on his motherboard, and no problem occurred, windows showed up regularly without a single problem.he told me it's my motherboard's failure.however i wasn't that sure.i played the first day with my new GPU for like 6 hours, everything was OK.the next day i played for about 2 hours then the dots showed up on the screen.and then they would show every ~30 mins of gaming.on the other day they would show ~5 mins after i opened a game.not sure what this is.
and yes ,the gpu was brand new, purchased on amazon

i know,it sounds like a GPU problem, but think the technician tried the GPU on his own PC,with a good MSI motherboard and everything worked fine, while on my motherboard, the PC got stuck on the HP logo and wouldn't even go into Windows.so i guess i will just buy that new motherboard.thanks anyways :)
