Amd cards doesnt support nvidia physx?

I wanted to stard batman asylum but it displayed that i need last version of nvidia physx
I got amd 3650 card and if i download it will it works?

Sure it does, Physx runs on your CPU when you don't have a Nvidia GPU.

Nope. Physx only runs on Nvidia GPUs (or dedicated Physx processors). Without a Nvidia GPU, Physx will use the CPU to perform those calculations.
