Cooling for a non-overclocked CPU

I'm looking building a machine for the first time. I'm not planning on overclocking and I'm looking at the i5-6500. (I've included the build below) My question is, are there any benefits to doing anything more than the stock Intel air cooler? It would fit within my budget to do a nicer CPU fan, or maybe even water cooling, but would it be helpful? Also, any other suggestions on the build would be appreciated. I do light gaming and software development (sometimes running some VMs)

Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
Cooler Master GeminII M4 58.4 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler (maybe?)
Gigabyte GA-Z170MX-Gaming 5 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
G.Skill Aegis 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Sapphire Radeon RX 480 8GB Video Card
SeaSonic S12II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

a little better reliability, but considering your planed use I don't think it will mater to much. I still find a nice air cooler so its a quiet but liquided cooling is really unessary for you.

Quieter is definitely a benefit. I figured that after market would be better at cooling, but my question is more asking if I will see a benefit from that cooler temp?

Thanks for taking the time to answer. :)
