Im planning on a 700$ build for a friend, and with it she will play, do school work, and watch videos. She is gonna play probably lighter games, but she might play high-mid range games. What processor? I was gonna do a 9370 but then i thought about using intel

Solution
An i5 would be ideal, although newer i3's (i3-6100, for example) is a pretty viable option.

I wouldn;'t recommend any FX line, especially not the 9370 etc. Those require some pretty 'high end' motherboards (all things considered anyway) to handle the heat generated, along with substantial (usually liquid) coolers.

DON't Buy a 9370, Its junk.

This right here would do very well, a little over budget

You can back off the video card to a GTX 950 if you want to meet budget.
