More Frames with different CPU and Motherboard?

Hi, I am trying to make ArmA 3 run better on my PC, but come to find out I might need to upgrade it. I want to see if changing the specs would make any difference.
My current setup is:

AMD FX-6350
8GB DDR3 Ram
ASUS GeForce GTX 750 Ti Strix OC 2GB
(forgot motherboard)

I can normally run this on med-high on Scenarios or Campaign, but my biggest issue is multiplayer. I always resort to the lowest settings possible to get even 20 frames. I want to switch from an AMD to an Intel. This requires me to get a new motherboard aswell. So I have decided to get this setup:

Intel i5-6500
8GB DDR4 Ram
ASUS GeForce GTX 750 Ti Strix OC 2GB
ASUS Z170-P ATX

My main concern is that I don't want to upgrade just to get roughly 2-5 frames. So will this give me more of a great boost or no boost at all?

Thanks!

(Sorry for the long post :p)

Z boards from intel are really only needed for overclocking, in which case you should get a K series cpu. If you dont intend to overclock you can move down to an H110, H170, or Q170 board and save some money.

Moving from an AMD 6350 to an Intel 6500 is a big cpu swing, you FPS might be held back from your 750 ti. Sounds like your content with lowered graphics but i would look at the new 1060 which is rumored to be faster then a 980 or you could wait till prices get back to normal for the 1070.

So, I will roughly get like a 10 fps difference?
