will i be able to get into the bios of a motherboard without USB 2.0 ports

in the past, whenever my keyboard was plugged into a USB 3.0 slot, the keyboard would never turn on in time for me to hit the delete key to enter my BIOS, and ive been looking at this motherboard "ASRock Z170M Pro4S", and i just want to know if ill be able to get into the bios using my keyboard (Logitech G910) without having the USB 2.0 ports

Since usb3.0 is the only usb available on the motherboard, I would be very surprised if you could not connect a usb keyboard and access the bios.

If all else fails, a cheap usb to ps/2 adapter will do they job.

Well, if you use windows 8 or 10, you can restart to BIOS from software, right?

It's a bit more work, but if you have a working OS therels always that option.

Just use a cheap PS/2 keyboard and you'll be fine. If you are planning to install Windows 7 you should check out ASRock's walk thru on that.
