Finding a new motherboard

Hello everybody so i recently took my computer into the shop for issues invloving crashing and not booting back up and we found out the problem was the motherboard and i need to get a replacement i have a dell xps 8300 with an intel i7 2600k processor and a gtx 960 graphics card i need a motherboard that will nit only be compatible with these parts but will also be able to use a corsair cx750m power supply we have recently purchased thank you in advance for any responses

Please use proper sentences. It's easy to get lost in a paragraph when there's no punctuation.

Dell uses proprietary mounting points in their cases. If you wish to get a motherboard other than the one that's meant to replace it (contact Dell to find out which that is), then you will have to get a new case that conforms to standard ATX specs on motherboard mounting.
