Hello,
Is the GT740 Compatible with my mobo?

It is an Asrock g41-vgs3 featuring a pcie x16 slot. It is a blue slot and currently im running a gt610. Is it compitable because on the website it said pcie 3.0??

There's no negative or positive, PCIe v2.0 and v3.0 are compatible either way. 3.0 card in 2.0 sot and 2.0 card in 3.0 slot.
V3.0 is faster interface but it matters in case of very high end cards only.
