Hi I am having a problem after RAM upgrade and now windows won't boot it restarts 5 seconds after showing the loading bar and can't boot except into safe mode
my specs :
OS: Windows 10 pro X64
Processor : Intel core i5-4440
MB : GA-Z97-D3H
RAM : G.skill Ripjaws 4GB (1 X 4GB) DDR3 1600 CL9 1.5v

Well I bought an identical Ram to my original so that now I have (2 X 4GB) after installing it in DDR3_2 and my original RAM installed in DDR3_1 (the memory sockets color is identical) so that Dual Channel should work ?

And I tried memtest86 and Windows Memory Diagnostic tool and both showed that there is no error. Windows managed to boot normally 2 or three times but was slow and crashed on random events like opening the task manager or even opening a folder.

My bios setup shows that the RAM is identified and that I have a total of 8030 MB RAM and cpu-z gives me an error whenever I try to open it in safe mode [0x43C (1084)] but according to the internet I can ignore it,cpu-z shows my CPU info,my caches and mainboard but it doesn't show any info about my ram only that I have 8030 MBytes.

looking at the channel A timing settings (which is the same as B for the standard section with some minor differences in the advanced section between A and B) I noticed that my timings are set to higher than the advertised timing for both RAMs which is 9-9-9-24 should I set it to the advertised timing for both channels A and B

At one point I boot into windows with only my original RAM installed opened cpu-z got couple of screenshots before windows crashed which seems to be unstable now even with only my original ram installed and noticed that the advertised timing is only available in XMP which I tried earlier with both the RAMs installed but didn't help and windows kept crashing in loading as usual

so after reinstalling windows my problem evolved or rather some revelation happened so my graphics card is AMD r9 280 and my specs are above after reinstalling windows with both my RAMs installed everything worked just fine installed some programs and all my drivers restarted couple of times and no problems so far until I tried to install my video card driver (Crimson-16.6.1).

When the installer said installing amd video driver my screen started to flicker (normally) then windows crashed in a very similar way to the beginning when I was trying to boot the old windows but it gave me a blue screen (that never appeared again in my other attempts) with error (video_tdr_failure atikmpag.sys) so looking around I found this problem .

I tried the best solution expanding both atikmpag.sys and atikmdag.sys in safe mode but it didn't work anyway so I uninstalled the amd driver using the Display Driver Uninstaller just to be sure reboot and got into windows normally used windows for couple of hours no problem at all then I tried to install the driver again and this time it finished only for windows to crash couple of minutes later and windows to crash at loading as usual I tried to uninstall again then install (crimson-16.7.2) again no luck then tried to install (crimson-16.3.2) but it didn't work either.
So now I can't boot except into safe mode.
Any help is appreciated.
