CL9 And CL11 RAM Mixing ?

I'd like to use 2 sticks of RAM (2x4GB) with my exsisting 2x4 RAM sticks. I'm all good to go except for on thing, the RAM that i want to purchase has the same voltage as mine but it has CL9 and not CL11. Could i mix the latencies ?
