Hi, I'm trying to play some games at high FPS, when I boost GPU Clock offset I would get a major FPS boost good temperature [40c-50c] and memory clock offset to 250 or 500, but after 1-10 minutes my display drivers would always fail, its been happening for over 2 years and i've never been able to figure out how.

Computer specs:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz

Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660

RAM 8.0 GB

Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10586), 64-bit

Solution
If the display drivers crash that is a sign of instability in the overclock. If anything other than normal operation of your graphic card happens (like flikers, artefacts, crashing, stuttering) That is usually a sign of instability.
So you should lower the memory or GPU boost clock until no crashes happen, or increase the voltage. Just stay below ~1.1v to keep it safe. ;)

A good trick is to put the memory clocks at normal, then do the core clock (gpu boost) first. Either without any voltage bump (up to you) or a voltage bump. Once you've found that good spot, then go to the memory clocks.
