So I was looking at coolers for my future rig. Everyone recomends the Hyper-212s and H7s but the thing is those are sleeve coolers, good ones still, but I've heard ball-bearing coolers work better and last longer. But I can't find anything, the only good ones Are Zalmans' but those are kinda old (and kinda ugly). Also as a bonus can it be nice looking (Noctuas' are ugly) I am planning a Red/White build. Thanks

The Hyper 212 can be described as a "good budget cooler".... but w/o that middle word, the description is inaccurate.

The best air cooler available right now (based upon the performance / noise ratio) is the Noctua NH-D15, but I agree, the fans are fugly and close about $90. I don't know why ya "can't find anything" but Phanteks has made a lotta noise in the cooler world the last few years. The Noctua coolers tho "get better" by 3C when ya swap the Noctua fans for Phanteks fans.... and that's with the Phanteks fans spinning 300 rpm slower.

If ya drop $25, the Phantels...

If ya drop $25, the Phantels PH-TC14PE outperforms the Noctua DH-D14 and aesthetically it looks a whole lot better. Personally, the white cooler, w/ white bladed fans in a white case looks smokin with a black / red MoBo / GFX
