Hello.
I would like to know which of the builds is better for gaming.

Build 1:
CPU : I5 6600K
CPU COOLER : Noctua NH-U9B SE2
MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3
GPU : Gigabyte GeForce GTX1070 G1 Gaming
RAM : 16GB DDR4
HDD : 1T
CASE : NZXT S340
PSU : Seasonic X-Series 560W Gold

Build 2:
CPU : I7 6700
CPU COOLER : Arctic Alpine 11 Rev.2
MOTHERBOARD : Gigabyte H170-D3H
CPU : Gigabyte GeForce GTX1070 G1 Gaming
RAM : 16GB DDR4
HDD : 1T
CASE : NZXT S340
PSU : Seasonic X-Series 560W Gold

Solution
I say build 2 is better if you do video editing, rendering. You can overclock non-K cpu with Z170 motherboard, specific bios - http://overclocking.guide/category/intel-oc-guides/skylake-non-k-oc/ and higher MHz rams, like 2666 or 3000.
Build 1 is better for gaming only.

Edit: also get the EVGA G2 550 instead of the X-560.

Yes, it's a decent PSU.
