Hello there fellow toms hardwarians, I will be migrating soon to Canada and it will require me to make a new pc, ive chose an i3 6100 build, with 2x4 or 2x8 3000Mhz ram sticks depending on how much i can come up with, i want to make a build that will allow me a upgrade to an i5 6600k in the late future, so i really wanted a Z170 motherboard, I know the prices in Canada are more expensive than the US, so my friend there will parcel/ship them to me.
Ive decided on these boards, their cheap, can overclock well, and have USB 3.1 ports.

Can a motherboard expert point me into the direction of the better one or maybe suggest me a different better one below $90 USD.
