Can you please provide more details about your issues and the drives that it concerns? You mentioned that you are facing issues with the transfer speed to the SSD, but where are you transferring these files from?
I'd recommend you test both the SSD and the other drive that using their brand-specific diagnostic utilities. I'd also suggest you swap the cables and the ports where the drives are connected to.
