Different Voltage set in Bios and displaying in CPU-Z

im overclocking my fx8350, trying to run @ 4.8, so i set in bios 1.53 to get stable but now i see that on CPU-Z and aida64 are reading the voltage at 1.452

so whats my real voltage? the one that i set on bios or the CPU-Z reading one?

i just want to know how far i really am from the max voltage (1.55)

Do you have Cool n Quiet, APM or HPC modes enabled in bios? If any is enabled, it will let mobo supply 5-10% less power than what you set in bios. As its reserved for 2nd level Turbo boost.

no i don't, i have all unnecessary feature disable
