Any BIG bottleneck issues?

I have an FX-4200 3.3Ghz quad core CPU, and was planning on putting a GTX 970 in till i get an i7 with a new mobo.

Would there be any huge bottleneck issues?

Solution

Yes the FX will definitely bottleneck the 970, but you should still get decent results.
