graphics card installation sound not working

I assume you mean NOT working. I'm not sure why your graphics card would have anything to do with it, but...
Unplug your speakers, plug them back in. Then check playbackdevices (right click sound icon in system tray -> playback devices) and make sure the speakers are set as default device. Also try to right click the device and press test.

so i check that and it is set to default it still isnt working. i also installed a new psu is there a chance i forgot to connect something that is causing the sound not to work

i tierd my head phones as well and there not working either
