I have been noticing freezing when accessing movies and games on this hdd. Almost like skipping.
Crystaldiskinfo is throwing me cautions as well as hdtune.
The drive failed the Seatool Quick DST and Quick Fix but passed the smart test.
I would like some advice as to what to do with this drive. Am I safe to RMA it? Will i send it in only for them to send it back?
I've tried switching the SATA cable and SATA port is there anything else I can do?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
FYI I already have a backup so no need to mention that.
