This past month I have been informed that there is an upgrade for my graphics display. I was all set to do so, but was very intimidated by all the links that were shown. I do not have or am interested in games, so for that reason, on my first build, I have integrated graphics. With that in mind, i do not know what to chose to do on this upgrading or even if I need it. How does one know if its for only gamers this upgrade, or both? Thanks

If everything is working without problems I don't see any reason to update the drivers all the time with your current usage. There might be some other things besides game optimizations there but you can safely skip the update. You can get more info from AMD drivers download page here (check the release notes).
Thanks, but that link puts me in the same situation as before. What was I suppose to look for there? I did see something that looked familiar AMD Catalyst ..I think I have that but don't even know what it is and should I upgrade that one?
What Windows version are you running on (if unsure you can open command prompt to do this, press windows key + x and select command prompt from the menu, it should say the version number at the top of command prompt).
From the link reading the release notes for the drivers you can see what was changed from the previous version. You don't need to do anything if everything is working correctly.
