Can this laptop run Csgo!?

Hello friends on Tom's Hardware,
I was looking into a laptop, more specifically this one.

I wanted to know if I could run Csgo on this with an average fps of 200+ on all low settings 1024 4:3 stretched res. If you know any computer that is better that is worth 700 euros or lower that would be best. I was considering this computer as I have read some great reviews on it and it currently has a discount of 26% saving me two hundred or so euros.
Any help would be great, thanks!

Thank you everyone for your comments. To answer all/a few 1) I do need more than 60fps as this is Cs! Yes I understand the whole 60hz/60 fps thing, but in Cs the more the better, you'd understand if you play! And if you do play, then you'd understand if you were a higher level! And if you are a pretty high rank, then <removed by mod> me.
Do any of you guys know any other computers I can order through either, Amazon.fr, Darty.fr, or Fnac.fr/com that are cheaper but equally as powerful if not better. Anything helps, thanks :D
