Okay... So I bought the Razer Kraken Pro around 2 months and when it arrived it was all well until I plugged it in and heard this buzzing static sound with some background noise. I have tried turning the audio up and down on, moving it to one of the back USB-ports, I just don't know what to do. By the way I do not have a sound card. Furthermore the sound persisted whenever I play video games, especially demanding games like Witcher 3, Division and GTA V.
