no it will not that PSU only has 18A on the 12v you need more pic up a 550w or a 650w with a efficiency at 80+
I like the SeaSonic X Series X650 Gold (SS-650KM Active PFC F3) 650W ATX12V V2.3/EPS 12V V2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular Active it has a nice warranty 7 years

It actually has 2 18a 12v rails with a combined max of 27a(324w). Which would be enough for a gtx 950 but given the psus low quality construction there are other concerns that make it not recommended.

550-650w? Really? The Zotac AMP version is overclocked and uses 118w avg with a 144w peak. Depending on the rest of the system specs the OP would likely be just fine with a good quality 350-450w PSU.

Every country has different availability. Unfortunately I cant find anything that's not massive overkill and very expensive. So I'm going to refer you to the tier list.

Try to get a tier 1 or 2 unit. You can go for tier 3 if the budget doesn't allow for a higher quality model, but avoid tier 4 and definitely avoid tier 5.
