Alright so i've made a thread before about my issue that my new graphics card ASUS r7 250 gives black screen when i put it on and i've tried everything but it just doesn't work.

Then i thought about that my motherboard probably does not support the new graphics card, im still not entirely sure what's the problem but im thinking about getting a new one which is gonna be something like this one i own at the moment just that it supports ASUS r7 250.

So my current system specifications are:

CPU: AMD Athlon II x4 641 2.8 GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6450 1 GB ddr3 (Bought ASUS R7 250, not working atm on my motherboard)

HDD: 500 GB
RAM: 4 GB 800 MHz

May i please know if there's any motherboard that's something like my current motherboard just that it supports the new graphics card i bought.

Im sure you can find replacement motherboards on ebay, you just cant go to newegg or amazon and buy a new one.

If you spending money to replace motherboard and cpu then I would seriously suggest buying the newest platform.
Its just wasted money putting money into an already dated platform that you will just spend even more money in the future to upgrade out of.

My bad, i thought i already added my motherboard, must've deleted it by accident

My motherboard is ECS A55F M3.

Ok, your current motherboard does support PCI-E 2.0 cards, but given ECS's very very poor build quality I would not be surprised if the board is defective (hence why the board/computer was such a bargain).

Your CPU is an old FM1 socket CPU so to replace it you wont find any new, you will have to look at ebay or local used market (like craigslist).

If it all possible I would strongly just advise you to save for new parts because paying good money for something that old is just wasteful.
In US dollars a new skylake i3 + motherboard + 8gb ddr4 memory will cost $200-220.

To be honest, i dont really want to replace anything except the motherboard i own right now. Are you sure i can't find any motherboards that support FM1 socket cpu? if not, it aint a big deal to replace that aswell with something thats close to perfomance of the cpu i own right now just with the different socket thats gonna fit in another motherboard that is compatible with r7 250.

It's attached to R7 250, and i can't update BIOS since it's already up to date. Last update was in 2011... so i got no other choice than buying a new motherboard and... well cpu aswell since my cpu has FM1 socket... i still don't know which motherboard to buy..
