Is this normal: 30-60 fps (60 mostly while indoors, 40 or 30 outdoors) in modded skyrim? I thought my specs were better than this. I don't even have full ultra graphics settings. I don't have too many graphical mods, I've tried vanilla skyrim and it even lags a little. Also, when I turn anti aliasing on to 8x it lags a ton, but when i turn it off I get a large performance boost. I can even run the vanilla Witcher 3 better.
