Memtest86 usb boot not reading adjusted ram settings?

I have finished overclocking my cpu, and decided to try and adjust the ram a bit since it wont let me manually adjust clock speeds to the rams stock 1866 or even 1600mhz. It wouldnt boot anything selected above the stock 1333 multiplier with this board for whatever reason. 1866 worked perfectly fine on my old board, but thats besides the point lol. Anyways, ive changed the fsb which adjusts the ram to 1598mhz, and adjusted the timings down to 8-9-8-24-1T. This passed prime95 blend test for 10 hours set to use 13gb of ram, so im pretty confident that its stable but everyone recomends running through a bootable memtest to be sure. I set it up on my 32gb lexar usb drive and booted it up fine. But inside memtest it reads my cpu overclock, but under ram specs it lists it as the stock 1866 9-10-9-27 settings even in the tests. Would it be testing my settings from bios (confirmed in windows using cpu-z), or actually testing it at what the ram is supposed to be stock? I didnt bother letting it run through since i wasnt sure how long it takes and there was no point confirming it works at stock speed as it was set higher previously fine.

Also on a side note, feel free to post suggestions on what to run for tests and for how much. I was just going to run everything for the stock 4 passes that it was set to already. More/less? Time ususally needed?

-Gigabyte 970A-UD3P mobo
-FX-8150 4.45ghz @1.43v
-4x4gb sticks (16gb) corsair vengeance 1866 (clocked to 1598mhz 8-9-8-24-1T 1.55v)

Thanks! I decided that had to be it but wanted to be sure. I started it
For the first time last night and let it go overnight. Wow does it ever take a long time... It's been over 7.5 hours to get 1 pass done and 75% of the second one (test 9 at the moment). It seems most recomend 4+ passes, but is that with certain tests or all? No errors so far and it was prime95 blend stable for 10 hours as well
