OEM vs MAR

Hello,

I am looking to buy Windows XP to put on my computer, however on Amazon UK OEM and MAR versions are offered, which should I go for? I've tried reading about it and am worried with OEM I wouldn't be able to move the XP onto a different computer.

Should I go with MAR then over OEM?

Also, I am using XP to go on an old computer which wouldn't work with the newer versions.
