3 HDD 100% usage W/R speed 0 Windows 10 64Bit

the game runs fine in other maps at 60fps is very stable, i have the anti virus installed in the C: drive and i was only scanning the C: drive when i wasn't playing and the symptoms came back first was the C: then the F: later the D:
i only scanned one drive with ESET, i did a scandisk for C: drive only and there was no error too

C: windows 10 D: installed games only and F: setups,songs,pictures and bandicam

Edit: chkdsk at 15‰ still scanning the 1.5 TB HDD for 10hours now

Edit2: after 12 hours scanning windows 10 boots i open crystaldisk and windows didn't fix anything

why windows 10 is still have some kind of delay when i only have drive C for windows 10 and the drive D just games installed

i can play with no problem but i noticed the game takes too long loading a map more than i remember and sometimes the game have some kind of stutter for 2 seconds that last 2 minutes even with chrome open or closed, but the problem start when the game is loading night woods the game is in a loading loop then that's when the HDD C is at 100% 2 minutes later after i close the game with task manager the drive D doing the same 1 minute later drive F is at 100% of usage too at first i had drive D with virtual memory but i changed it to drive F to see if the problem stopped but is still doing the same thing if i play that map or if i scan the pc with an AV and try to slow down windows 10 even more the symptoms start again like last time i was scanning only drive C and i opened chrome and some tabs then i tried to pause the scan many times that's when the drive C/D/F hit 100 usage and most of the times the w/r is 0 but is writing and reading something really fast and the speed is only of KBps with nothing running i even stopped the scan.
when i opened the task manager because i had to close bfh i saw system and compressed memory using 600MB+ of memory and the MB is reduced every 3 minutes i think, but when the SCM is at 0.1MB of memory usage all drives stops and the pc is kinda back to normal but isn't snappy like before and my pc isn't infected

5.i close the chrome and the game but the game is still in the processes and the only HDD writing really fast and then change to 0 of r/w speed

this time the drive F wasnt doing 100% of usage but it did spike to 100% 3 times and thats it

do i need to buy 2 hdd? because i still feel windows 10 kinda slow.

i would like more opinions please?

i just don't trust SSD because right now i use the 3 HDD a lot and SSD degrade faster than a HDD?

i changed both HDD, the main drive have 8MB of cache because is from my 360 but now windows 10 is a lot faster and i bought the 1 TB blue HDD from amazon and now all games loads a lot faster i don't have to wait 5 minutes anymore
