MSI Lan drivers problems

So, as all of you know, the killer drivers have an issue, and i detected it ( problems on gaming)
Being stupid, i. unistall the killer and run out of internet, but, as a solution, i pick it up my PC and transfer the new LAN drivers on the MSI site for my motherboard, into a pen drive and put them in my computer.
AND now, i just cant install them

Can someone help me ? I aprecciate.

Ok so, i download the one without 'setup' . My bad, sorry.

But i still with one question:
Im playing League of Legends, and when i hit a random Key, the game just break. Or some times, it runs in 30 fps, and its not normal, i always played with 80 fps.
I think is not problem of the game at all.
