hello guys, as title says i m stuck between these 2 cards.

ROG Strix OC Gaming......1759/1898 & 1784/1936 clock speeds.....6-pin/8-pin power.....8+2 phases.....3 fans.....298mm x 134mm x 2 slots

MSI Gaming X....................1683/1822 & 1708/1847 clock speeds.....6-pin/8-pin power.....10 phases.......2 fans.....279mm x 140mm x 2 slots

In where i live ROG Strix OC Gaming Gaming one is around 70 dollars cheaper than MSI one also. Asus boost clocks are better but i see reviews that MSI has superb coolers and also much more silent that Asus. Any of you had any coil whine issues on one of these cards? And also i wanna know if my i5 4690 cpu is enough for that GPU? If u help me decide on these 2 cards plz, i be happy. Thanks.

Solution
Regardless of price, I'd go the Strix, great cooling design (have a pair of 980s and a 980Ti strix models) I'm waiting to see if they come out with a Matrix model, if not will be getting the 1080 Strix
I haven't got coil whine with my Gaming X, runs very quiet and very well.
However the Asus Strix seems to be the best in terms of performance and temps, so if it is cheaper by THAT MUCH (even if it was the same price I would still buy it) that is 100% what I would go with.
It has suffered from some quality control issues at launch however, with some people reporting fans failing and/or coil whine.
I live in AUS, so the Asus price is through the roof while the MSI, Gigabyte and EVGA models are significantly cheaper, so that was the best option for me.
Your CPU is fine, will be a beast of a CPU for the next 2 years at the least.
