Need a PC that can handle Gaming at High to Ultra and streaming these games on Twitch for 800-850$ I know there are a lot of threads asking this but all somewhat old I need to know for the new stuff like the RX 480 or Gtx 970 what's best for my price at this exact moment

RX 480 is surely better than a 970. Your PC also requires a good cpu for recording like an i5 or i7

You can't build or buy a PC that can run games at high/ultra (good looking games anyways) and stream at those settings for $850.

James well pairing a RX 480 with I5-I7 depending on sales I think its really possible to stream such games at high settings I know people who stream 1080p with a Gtx 970 paired with an I5 so its very likely I can but just trying to go for a budget now with that being said I don't know if 850$ is my exact range yet

An i7 and rx 480 or 970 could stream some games at high/ultra settings, but I'm pretty sure you won't get that at $850.
