Hello,
Currently when i play games il notice the cpu and gpu usage decently low (50 - 60% CPU - 60 - 65% GPU) and i don't know whats causing it, i don't think its a cpu bottleneck (I5 3570k @ 4.2ghz) but i think something else is limiting it..
I saw another person with this issue and he said he fixed it by adding another stick of ram.
Would it really fix it / help it if i add another stick of 8gb ddr3 1600mhz ram?
