I hope he doesn't need "god" internet. Since most of the time somebody worrying about downloading from the internet isn't downloading sacred texts ....
I'm sure you can torrent the bible from somewhere.
@matt4x4 you need a "good" internet connection, that is by far the biggest factor, and then a good drive after that.
Neither CPU nor RAM is gonna do much for you unless you want to multitask too.
