Brand New System, hangs and Tears on programs and Games

All brand new parts

MSI 970 Gaming (new)
MSI GTX 980 4G D5T (new)
AMD FX 8350 Black (New)
2x GSkill Sniper 8g 2133 DDR3
Apevia ATX‑CB700W
PNY 250g SSD (OS) (New)
WD Blue 1T (Storage)

Still hangs on most applications and gaming. Also has tearing on some progs and apps.

How do I fix this?

The first thing to look at if the system hangs on running programs, and locks or freezes in any game you try to play after a few seconds of running it is your power supply thefrobel.

Now I have took at look at the Apevia ATX‑CB700W you bought.
The usual give away on how bad a power supply is.

Is down to how much it costs for the amount of wattage it quotes it can output.
At $39.00 it says a lot as to the actual power it can provide.
But what is also important is how many amps the power supply states it can provide from the 12v power rails of it.

Often cheap power supply's have a very low amp rating of a 12v power rail listed on them.
I would test the system with another working power supply of a good brand name, and a higher build quality and cost.

As often buying a cheap one for $39. at 700w is the whole cause as to why the system is freezing, , crashing or non responsive when a task of it is asked by running a program or a game.

The power supply is not new, but it is the 2nd power supply.
I have tested whole system with another PSU (Rosewill HIVE 650s). same issues.

So if I have tested it across 2 PSU and gotten the same result, any other suggestions?
