MY CPU is under-preforming...

Solution
Keep in mind that people scoring higher have their cpu overclocked. The top score if you click it goes to their test results. Your cpu lists the speeds as base clock 3.5ghz, turbo 3.4ghz avg which is a bit odd. It should have been at least the stock base speed. The top score says base clock of 3.5ghz with a turbo of 4.5ghz which is obviously an overclock and not the stock turbo speeds.

I wouldn't read too much into that benchmark. Still a beastly machine you've built. Don't forget some benchmarks may not measure 6 cores as well as they measure 4 or 8. Not to mention mileage may vary depending on the software, whether hyper-threading is on or off, etc. The single core performance is the only thing bringing down the CPU score. Quad and Multicore usage is what that processor is made for, and it's doing great for those two results.
