I have an Intel pentium g850 and i want to add in my pc a gtx 750 ti.are they compatible?

You should be fine running a 750ti. As already mentioned, it's the motherboard than needs to be compatible, unless you have some cheap prebuilt never designed for a graphics card, you should be fine.
