Hello guys,
i "recently" (1 year ago) changed my video card and updated my Pc with a watercooling system. My comps are freezing (20-40° c) so i guess its not a temperature-related problem.
Since than i'm experiencing stuttering during games when the "action" comes (Exemple when many player casts spells and clash in LoL or during important moments on Mmo's).
I've been lookin everywhere to find a fix but i have really no more hope.. Can any1 help me?

Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor (8 CPUs), ~4.0GHz
16384MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980
