Can My PC run GTA 5 and AC: Syndicate?

My PC has an i3-4160, GTX 750ti, 900p monitor and a sandisk ultra II 480gb ssd and i was wondering if this is enough to run gta 5 and AC: Syndicate i dont mind having to set settings to low or medium

Your graphic card is good enough to play the game easily BUT your processor is not good enough i will suggest you not to buy the game but to test it by using a friends dvd or somehoe before buying the game because I dont think your processor can run the game smoothly(GTA 5)

About assassins creed syndicate that is a very heavy game and u need atleast 2gb graphic card to run the game if ur graphic card is 2GB+ it can run the game and same problem with the processor not enough to play the game will lag

That cpu is fine for gta v and AC, not ideal by any stretch but it will play them. And his gpu is a 750 ti they only come in 2gb.
