I want to shop at mwave but they dont have the hyper 212 evo there so i need a good cpu cooler thats not that.
-im also overclocking not sure what to yet.

All noctua cpu coolers are the best choise to OC your cpu. Also you can look at cryorig CPU coolers.

My personal recomendation: noctua nh-d14 or noctua nh-d15

It's compatible, the 1155, 1150, 1151 sockets all use the same mounting pattern for the cooler. You need to make sure your ram isn't too tall or it may not fit since it overhangs the ram. Also make sure the height will fit your case with a bit of spare room in case you have to raise the front cooling fan up some to help clear the ram.

If you plan to go with an i5-6600 you will not oc it for sure so you also dont need the best cpu cooler cause it will not be that hot like with OC. So yes, you can safe even more money and buy better gpu. I belive that would be the best option dude :)
