Hey guys im finally done waiting for graphics cards and i need help choosing the best parts for the best price... :)

First i would like someone to advice me between this two cpus
1) i5 6600( non k version) 250 euros
2) i7 6700 (non k version) 340 euros
I am against overclocking because i feel that it kills cpus and gpus faster... So not planning to overclock at all. I've seen some benchmarks and the i5 was pretty much same as the i7 .. still not sure...

And now the hardest part which i need much help is the following :
1)rx 480 8 GB (msi version) Crossfire 740 euros
2)Gtx 1070 Gaming X 8 GB 620 euros
I dont think of a 1080 because its priced 930 euros way 2 expensive for me ...

This is a high end build and my main priority is gaming on 1080p because 1440p monitors are 2 expensive -in my country at least- 120hz. My budget is around 1500 (with monitor) and im about to future proof my pc... any other recomendation would be happily accepted and i would check the price in my country and answer as fast as possible... thx in advance

You don't even have to overclock it till you need the extra performance in a few years. But keeping the ability to do so is the only way to go for the PC to last you longer before you got to spend all the money to start over.

If you are just using it for gaming the i5 will be more than enough. You will get a few games that are badly optimised or are more CPU than GPU based that will benefit from an i7 but not enough to warrant the extra cost in my opinion.

If you are intending on gaming at 1080p a GTX 970 will be enough for the vast majority of titles but if you are intent on buying a new card(s) then I would probably go with the GTX 1070 because it is cheaper and won't require a new PSU as crossfire is more power hungry.

now that you say im thinking of a single rx 480 or a single gtx 1060 indeed those 2 cpu i reported up there are 2 overkill for my gaming... my opinion is this : i5 6600 and i will pair it with a single gtx 1060. As for the other parts im going to invest a lil more on to the case and motherboard as for the psu 600w are more than enough i think... Any other suggestiong is welcome

That is a mistake and the statement is not true. Get the K CPU if you can afford it, it will add a couple of years to the life of the PC before you need to upgrade again. Their no reason to overclock right not but when your not getting the performance you need any longer instead of a rebuild you just overclock the processor up and your right back where you need to be.
For the processor either would work (get the K and pair it with a Z170 motherboard, a 2X8GB set of memory just so you don't ever need to add more)
The GTX 1070 with that monitor resolution will work fine and is the lowest price.

i have 250 euros headroom and by what you've said i could get the i5 6600k w/ a Z170 mb and a cpu cooler and give my cpu a very slight oc to reach i7 6700k (stock) level, as i just read, i will still be on my budget so ... yes i will do that
