Will this PC I'm getting be good for gaming on Arma 3 on High/Ultra settings

CPU: I5-6600k 3.5 GHz
Motherboard: ASUS Z170-A LGA 1151
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB
GPU: EVGA GTX 970 Superclocked ACX 2.0
Cooling: Corsair Hydro H100i v2
PSU: Thermaltake Smart Standard 650w 80 Plus Bronze
Case: Corsair Obsidian 450D Mid Tower

Yes it would be good, but that is a terrible psu. You need a more reliable unit.

I also recommend spending less on cpu power, and more a gpu power. You could easily be able to get a GTX1070 in your budget. First step to that would be to scrap the expensive water cooler.

definitely going to get good frames , CPU matters, GPU matters on higher resolutions I am running a 4.5ghz i7 4820k and a 980ti @ 1440p with 100 players on our altis life server I get about 40-50 in populated area's and 70ish
