Which one is better?

hi,
so i'm planing to build a rig... but not for now, and i was playing minecraft on a private server, and was with a lot of lag when there were entities near me(around 70-80) (heavy modded minecraft), a thing that i noticed, is that the disc usage (on task manager) its at 100% all the time, the ram its on 3,5GB all the time. (i can limit the ram usage, it is at 3GB Windows 8.1)
So i was wondering, what its better to solve that... a ssd, or a SO-DIMM DDR3 ram, and when the rig is ready buy a adapter

CPU Intel celeron N2840 2,16GHz
GPU in the CPU (intel HD graphics)

For what you have, more RAM would be the top priority.

Don't build on AMD. It's a dead platform. An i3 will serve you ALOT better and teh platform has a future:

You should upgrade the first thing that you notice reaches more usage because that is going to bottleneck the rest of the system, 100% disk utilization sounds weird though, can you check in task manager which processes are using more disk?

It's teh lack of ram that's causing that. Pagefile usage. OP is hosting a server...

hmmm i dont really like intel, i'm waiting on zen to see, if until then i dont have my rig built, i'll probably go with zen...
thanks i'll probably buy a 8GB ram... thx
since probably zen will be DDR4 i'll just sell the RAM stick after i buy the CPU, i know people who want them...
and actually my server its a bought one, verygames server, thats why i didnt got why the lag, since the entities should be only rendered on my pc, and processed on the server
