PC takes unusually long to boot on an SSD

When I just built my system, like a month ago, the time it took to boot is just from 15s-20s. But a month later, first boot would take so long to boot that i have to restart my PC, second boot however would boot at around 1 minute or more. It may have something to do with the programs I installed, I'm not entirely sure. I'm using a Crucial MX100 512 Gb SSD, and I have an AMD A8-7600 with a MSI A68HM-E33 V2. Is there anyway to resolve this?

Thanks!

Additional Information:
-Theres this screen at the very beginning before it displays the MSI logo screen, where there is A9 (or maybe F9, I forgot). It displays that screen for about 15 seconds.

-The Windows Splash Screen is where it takes the longest.

-Windows 8.1 Pro

1| Can you please pas son your full system's specs inclusive of the frequency at which your ram is running at?
2| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?
3| Often times the OS can and will download updates to help ensure stability of the OS on your system and that in essence can be the root cause of the slow down though to verify this, you should see in your taskbar and take note of how many items you have in your startup cue. You can download CCleaner and remove the items for startup to improve your bootup time though do note that some items will be essential for your desktop environment while others are there for no reason.
4| You can also try and install Malwarebytes and see if there are any intruders aboard your system.
