I just bought M5A78L-M motherboard and Amd fx-6300 cpu and after i installed them and started my computer it goes to the screen where you can enter bios, and after that there comes a black screen with this small white thing like when you have command prompt and you havent typed anything.

Solution
Do you have another CPU that would fit that board? AM3+ and AM3 CPUs of 140 watts or below would work. If a different CPU works, the problem is the CPU. If a different CPU doesn't work, problem is the board.
You most likely have a hardware conflict. Let me do a little research, I will get back to you.

Update: what version of BIOS do you have? FX 6300 is supported in 1401 and above. Also, I wouldn't say that this is a good motherboard for your CPU. It has a 4 phase power delivery system. I recommend having at least 8 (6+2 will also work) phases in power delivery systems if you intend to run an FX CPU. Also, your VRMs on that motherboard don't have a heatsink. This problem may be caused by the CPU failing to function properly because it's not getting stable power from the motherboard. Please consider an upgrade.

A good budget oriented motherboard with premium features would be the Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0.
