Motherboard dead? [AsRock B75 pro3-m]

Spec: Asrock B75 pro-M GTX 760 Ocz 600mxsp 600W 8 GB RAM DDR3

The problem: not starting! NO fan spinning. no sound. nothing. When I press the powerbutton, nothing happens.

Power supply working. (USB: When i plug in a mouse it has light - monitor gets power too)

What I tried:
- unplugging everything except Power, CPU, motherboard and powerswitches.
- plugging in RAM, GPU and ssds.
- removing the motherboard battery, waiting and putting it in again.
- starting with each part seperately.
- replacing the power button joint with the reset joint.

nothing works. is my motherboard dead?
please help.

from ur description its safe to say that ur mobo is dead.
but u should check other component such as power supply (smps) it is also possible that ur PSU is dead.....PSU running few some fans
and lights on the motherboard does not mean ur SMPS is out of the hook just yet.
you should borrow working PSU and test on it.
also try swapping CMOS battery( which is less likely the case here) with the new one.

thanks for you answer.
PSU provides power to the usb. if i plug in a mouse, the light turns on.
there is no light on the motherboard. but i will test your method.
CMOS will be tried too.

My motherboard was NOT dead.

i just repinned the reset connection on the motherboard to boot it normally. (physical connectior. just read the TINY text and relocate it) no problems after that.
