GPU and CPU usage drops causing fps drops

While playing, my gpu usage and cpu usage drop causing a big fps drop. It only happens when playing games, not while benchmarking. I overclocked my GPU but reverting it doesn't help.

Please help me.

SPECS
GPU = GTX 750Ti
CPU = AMD FX4350
8GB DDR3 1333Mhz

Can you check the temps of your CPU and GPU when the drops happen? Do you have decent cooling setup?

What settings are you attempting to run the game on?

Some things I can think:
- Slow RAM (possibly)
- CPU holding back GPU or vice versa (but I own neither so don't know)

My max temps are 75°C on my GPU and 45 on my CPU.

I don't think that my CPU is the problem because the CPU Usage rarely maxes out.
It may be the ram, is there a way to verify it ?
